- Public disclosure of paid campaign engagements where appropriate and lawful.
- Clear, documented evaluation criteria for every assessment.
- Clear identification of commissioned research.
- No undisclosed client influence over independent findings.
- A correction and complaints process.
- Proper protection of survey respondents' personal information.
Corrections
सुधार
Anyone, including the subject of an assessment, can request a correction. Requests are reviewed by someone not responsible for the original assessment, and the outcome is confirmed in writing. Submit a request
Privacy
गोपनीयता
Enquiries are stored only to reply to you, never sold or shared. Survey data is reported in aggregate. No advertising trackers. Ask us any time to delete your data.
Legal status
